Privacy policy
This site is the portfolio of Ning, a digital imaging artist based in Kuala Lumpur · Malaysia. It exists to show photographic and digital imaging work to prospective clients and collaborators. It has no visitor accounts, no public sign-up and no contact form, so there is very little personal data involved. This policy sets out all of it.
If you are a visitor
Browsing this site does not require you to give any personal information, and there is nothing here for you to submit.
Analytics. Aggregate visit statistics are collected through this site’s hosting platform — the page visited, the referring page, approximate country, browser and device type, and page performance timings. This is used only to understand which work is being viewed and to keep pages fast. No cookies are set for analytics, no advertising or cross-site tracking profile is built, and individual visitors are not identified.
Hosting. Delivering a page requires the hosting platform to process your IP address transiently, in order to route the response and to protect the site from abuse, as any web server must. It is not retained as a record of your visit.
Getting in touch. The contact links on this site open your own email client or WhatsApp. Nothing you write is submitted to or stored by this site — your message travels directly through that service and is governed by its terms. Correspondence is kept only for as long as it takes to answer it and to carry out any work that follows.
Administrator sign-in
This section describes data that belongs to Ning alone. She is the only person who can sign in to this site, and she does so only to update its content. There is no public sign-up, no visitor login, and nothing here for anyone else to sign in to — access is restricted to a fixed list of authorised addresses, and every request is checked against it.
Google sign-in. Where Google is used to sign in, Google shares only the email address and basic profile information of the person signing in — in practice, Ning’s own. That information serves a single purpose: confirming that the signed-in person is this site’s authorised administrator. It is not sold, not used for advertising, not used to build a profile of anyone, and not used to train any artificial intelligence or machine-learning model. It is not written to this site’s database — it exists only for the duration of the sign-in session, and signing out ends it.
Sign-in itself is handled by Clerk, an authentication provider, which stores the administrator’s account record and session on this site’s behalf. Apart from Clerk, this information is shared with no one.
Access granted to this site through a Google account can be withdrawn at any time from Google Account permissions.
Content published on this site
Project titles and descriptions, client and collaborator names, production credits and photographs are published here deliberately, as a portfolio. Where a project credits named people or brands, those names appear because they form part of the professional credit for that work.
Some projects are held back until the client releases them; those are visible only to Ning and to anyone given a private preview link.

Who processes this data
This site is run by one person with the help of the following kinds of service, each of which processes data under its own privacy policy. They are described by function rather than by name so that this page stays accurate if one is ever replaced; the current providers can be named on request.

Retention
Published portfolio content stays up while it remains relevant to the practice. Analytics data is retained by the hosting platform under its own retention schedule. Administrator session data lasts only as long as the session.
Your rights and how to contact us
You may ask for a copy of any personal data held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Requests are answered within 30 days.
